this is by far the BEST cpap company to deal with. They allow 30 days to test the mask and if not suitable you get to try another and in my case it took 6 different masks to find the perfect one. They also match prices with any canadian company even online ones. Very friendly , knowledgable and helpful. I dealt with Melissa who is a gem. Thanks so much. Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. Cela fait 4 commandes que j ai effectuées avec CPAP Clinic et je suis très satisfait des résultats. Les produits sont tous de qualité d origine et il n est jamais survenu d erreur. Les prix sont bons, de même que la livraison est rapide. La seule raison pour laquelle j ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 est qu à chaque commande que j ai faite, j ai été obligé de téléphoner pour vérifier que ma commande en ligne était bien traitée. Mais je peux dire que le service à la clientèle au téléphone est rapide, sans délaie d attente, clair et sympathique. Juste peut être une amélioration du côté des commandes en ligne pour faire en sorte que le suivi de la procédure se fasse sans que l on soit obligé de téléphoner.
